Dear Sir,

I remember reading in your newspaper as soon as the change from the management to the government to the state that everything went well. I do not believe that most patients would agree with that statement.

I had a blood test in October to diagnose my condition six months ago.

The doctor told me that the test was wrong and asked to see a medical professional.

The request was posted on their website on October 31.

Three weeks later I had to go to the doctor for treatment and I told him I had not had time to meet with people and I said I had read about the shortage of hospital staff since the change.

Doctors did not confirm this but prescribed a known type of medication.

I have not yet received an appointment at the hospital and I do not know if the problem is serious or not.

We have also lost a Portal Salud page where we can view requests and appointments as well as any information from the hospital.

I would like to add that I received good care at the hospital where I stayed for a few days about nine months ago but the problem there seems to be that I am getting specialists when needed.
