Nirvana cover baby relaunches child porn lawsuit

The man in the ‘Nevermind’ record label is also filing a lawsuit in court

Spencer Elden, now in his 30’s, has found time to reconsider his complaint against Nirvana, claiming that the image they used of him as a child is actually “child pornography.”

In the lawsuit filed Wednesday, Elden repeats what he did to the rock band “Intentional” he sold the picture he made “child pornography” to upgrade their 1991 album.

When the complainant says the group found out “tens of millions of dollars” from ‘Nevermind’, he says he suffered “Eternal depression” photographed naked in a swimming pool.

“Like the makers of other contrasting cover covers, the defendants wanted to capture the attention by using a sexually explicit image that was deliberately exposing Spencer’s fully developed nudity.” Elden’s lawyers objected.

Continuing to punish the group, Elden’s representatives protested “Spencer’s picture and his naked body appear while he is holding money. It is similar to what a prostitute does.”

Nirvana denied all of Elden’s allegations, citing his case “not serious” and to argue that, until recently, he seemed to be happy to be known “Nirvana baby.”

“Elden’s claim that the image on the cover of the ‘Nevermind’ and ‘child pornography’ album is not on his face,” The group’s lawyers argued, stating that, if Elden’s claim was proved true, it would make anyone with a reputation. “being found guilty of child pornography.”

The judge dismissed the case in early January after Elden’s lawyers failed to respond to Nirvana’s request to be released by December 30. Judge Fernando M. Olguin did not rule on the merits of the case, leaving the door open for Elden to reconsider, which he has now done.

Elden is seeking at least $ 150,000 from each of the defendants, including the remaining members of the group, the location of Kurt Cobain, Cobain’s ex-wife, Geffen and Universal Music, and artist Kirk Weddle.
