Love Island flooded with criticism after announcement at end of show

Love Island faced a backlash from viewers after another cliffhanger announcement at the end of the show tonight. The hit ITV2 dating show announced a recoupling at the end of Thursday night’s show.

It means that the islanders will have to gather around the firepit once more tomorrow night (Friday, June 24). And with a new boy and girl having entered the villa, the couples could be in for chaos.

The show also hinted at which boy could be leaving the villa. Andrew was seen in shock as he said: “One minute Tasha wanted to leave with me. Now she wants to get to know him. You know what, f *** this.”

The couple are the only pair who have been together since the first episode of the series. But it seems new bombshell Charlie Radnedge could be Tasha’s new man. He enjoyed a flirty date with Tasha in Thursday’s episode.

Viewers predicted they would have to wait until Sunday’s episode to find out who had left as they said producers would leave the show on another cliffhanger tomorrow.

@Danixlkelly said: “The only thing I can flaw this season for so far is the editing of the episodes. We don’t need every recoupling and dumping left on a cliffhanger #LoveIsland.”

@nataliebates_ wrote: “another recoupling cliffhanger till sunday tomorrow then #LoveIsland,” adding three snoring emojis. @p_odola echoed: “I’m not excited for the recoupling cos love island will leave us on another f ****** cliffhanger DONT TEY IT #LoveIsland.”

@ priyaaa_14 added: “THEY BETTER NOT LEAVE US ON A CLIFF HANGER WITH THE RECOUPLING TOMORROW #LoveIsland.”
