Loose Women’s Denise Welch reveals feud with Prince Andrew in scathing attack after hearing him criticise Princess Diana

DENISE Welch revealed her bitter feud with Prince Andrew when he launched a vicious attack on the shy Duke.

The actress spoke of the bizarre conflict after she was stripped of her HRH titles by the military and her mother, the Queen.

Andrew, 61, is facing a sexual assault charge in the US after his lawyers failed to persuade a U.S. judge to drop the case against him.

He is accused of torturing Virginia Giuffre at the age of 17 – which he vehemently denies.

Speaking to Loose Women today, the actress said: “I had a beef with Prince Andrew. I’ve met him several times.

“He made me very angry once he talked about his late brother-in-law Diana, who was so humiliated in front of a group of people, like me, who he did not know from the soap.

“I was shocked because soon after [she died].

“I had no skin on the game except someone who loved Diana from a distance, but I was scared.

“I never really liked him [as a person] and we had a few other events …

“That’s why I think he’s guilty because of the relationship. One time he went to see Jeffrey Epstein when he was found guilty, this was over.”

As the sun rose today, Charles and William urged the Queen to strip Prince Andrew of his royal duties and military might during a one-hour summit in Windsor.

He would no longer be able to use the title His Royal Glory in any office.

It seems that Andrew will now be acting in public.

Officials say they made the decision on Wednesday after a meeting with his eldest son and Mayor of Cambridge.

William says he was instrumental in the decision, and he helped his grandparents realize Andrew’s role was “dangerous”.

Both he and Charles say they agree to let Andrew go – and they were “outraged” after crossing the red line, The Sun reported.

Insiders said a reduced royal decision for the “ordinary citizen” was one of the most difficult in the 70 years of the Queen’s throne.

Andrew – who is often referred to as his “beloved son” by the Queen – says he was shocked.
