DigiCert integrates with the Mocana program to offer more, end to end IoT security, speeding up the sale of IoT equipment manufacturers and users.
DigiCert, Inc., a leading provider of TLS / SSL, IoT and other PKI solutions, today announced the acquisition of Internet of Things (IoT) support for cybersecurity Mocana.
The technical integration of DigiCert and Mocana provides manufacturers and users of IoT a complete security management platform for all IoT device applications. Commercial intentions were not disclosed.
This acquisition contributes to the existence of DigiCert in the rapidly growing IoT market. IDC estimates that there will be more than 55 billion connected devices by 2025, with growth driven by business finance across IoT platforms to achieve efficiency, digital transformation and competitive diversity.
